Stars of Africa Rings

In 1907 the Asscher family cut the world’s largest diamond, the 3105 carat Star of Africa, for the Crown Jewels. 100 years later the legend continues with the unique Stars of Africa floating diamond rings.

The Stars of Africa rings are adored by celebrities including Sandra Bullock, Kate Hudson and Rose Byrne and form the centerpiece of a Royal Asscher collection on display at Linneys in Subiaco until Christmas.

Designed by sixth generation diamantaire Mike Asscher and his sister Lita, the rings feature between 50 and 100 diamonds. They’re encased in a silicone-filled sapphire dome which allows them to flow freely and sparkle constantly.

The Stars of Africa rings by Royal Asscher can be purchased for between $6,000-$12,000 with Linneys donating $300 from the sale of each ring to The Star of Africa project which works to improve the lives of African children.
