How do I know what ring size to order?
We recommend having your ring size accurately measured by coming into one our showrooms.
Our rings are made to a standard size, so if the ring is a gift you can order it in the standard size then have it custom fitted after it has been presented. Our standard ladies ring size is ‘L’ and men’s ring size is ‘T’.
Please refer to our ring sizing guide if you have measured the internal diameter of a ring and would like to convert it to the equivalent Australian ring size.
What is the process for resizing my ring?
At Linneys, we are committed to ensuring your ring fits perfectly. Each ring is individually crafted, and while many designs can be resized, others may need to be made to order depending on their design, settings, and gemstones.
Our standard ring sizes are typically ‘L’ for women’s rings and ‘T’ for men’s rings, however we will always work with you to achieve the ideal fit.
We are pleased to offer resizing on many rings from our collection, or alternatively, they can be made to order to ensure the perfect fit.
Sizing & Pricing
Most rings can be resized within a range of ± three sizes from the original size. Beyond this, rings will often require quoting and may need to be custom made to suit. Our team will confirm timing & cost prior to proceeding with manufacture.
As every ring design is unique, sizing and pricing may vary. The cost of resizing or creating a ring to order is determined by:
● The precious metal and gemstones
● The selected size
● The design and setting
● The time required in our workshop
Please note, resizing to a larger size may increase the price, as this requires both additional gold & workshop craftsmanship.
New Purchases
Each ring will be assessed by Linneys to determine whether the required resize is possible. For rings within 3 months of the original purchase date, the following terms apply:
Sizing a ring up in size
• reduced fee for rings purchased over $1,500,
• standard pricing for rings purchased under $1,500.
Sizing a ring down in size (± 3 sizes)
• complimentary for rings purchased over $1,500,
• reduced fee for rings purchased under $1,500.
Existing Rings
Standard sizing fees apply to all resizing of existing rings.
How do I know what neoprene bangle size to order?
Our women’s neoprene bangles are 18cm in total length and for men they are 21cm.
To measure a wrist circumference you can use a piece of string or similar material. Note that the neoprene holds its shape and won’t sit tight around the wrist like a soft piece of string. As a guide for the length to order, measure the circumference of the wrist then add 1cm to calculate the total length to order.
If possible, you can bring the neoprene bangle into our Subiaco showroom and it can be sized in approximately 30 minutes.
We offer complimentary replacement and re-sizing of neoprene bangles for the life of the product.
What happens if I change my mind?
