Shipping & Delivery
At Linneys, every order is handled with the utmost care and attention. We ship all jewellery fully insured, using trusted courier services, and require a signature on delivery for added security.

A signature is required on delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours. If using a business address, include the company name to assist the courier. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to Linneys. If redelivery is requested, additional shipping fees will apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Please note: We do not post to PO boxes.

Australia-Wide Shipping
Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all online orders over $300 AUD (2–4 business days, if in stock).

Standard Shipping: AUD$20 for orders under $300 (2–4 business days, if in stock).

Free Click & Collect: Available at our Subiaco, Crown, or King Street showrooms. Simply select this option at checkout.

All Australian orders are shipped under Linneys' account and are fully insured whilst in transit.

All online orders include GST for Australian customers.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Flat Rate: AUD$200

Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

For GST-free international orders, please contact us before making payment.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and cannot mark parcels as gifts or understate their value. 

We cannot alter customs documentation or declare inaccurate values under any circumstances.

Production & Delivery Timeframes
Linneys is a bespoke jewellery house and does not mass produce. If your piece is not currently in stock, it will be handcrafted to order.

Made-to-order pieces: 3–4 weeks production time + shipping.

In-stock items: Dispatched the next business day after purchase.

Our online team will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm availability and provide an estimated delivery date. If your piece requires sourcing of rare gems, diamonds, or pearls, delivery may exceed 14 business days—we will keep you informed throughout.

Dispatch & Processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

Packaging & Delivery Assurance
Before dispatch, each item is inspected and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at online@linneys.com.au.
