One 18ct yellow gold pearl and diamond necklace featuring 1 x 7-8mm semi baroque shaped Australian South Sea set at the base of the textured pendant which features 2 x round brilliant cut diamonds flush set, fixed to an 18ct yellow gold trace chain.
